Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for diverse platforms including broadcast, web, and social media.
- Collaborate with directors and creative leads to execute the visual vision from rough cut to final master.
- Manage complex project timelines while maintaining high attention to detail and creative excellence.
- Perform color grading and basic sound design to ensure professional-grade production value.
- Stay current with industry trends, editing software advancements, and emerging visual techniques.
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to the refinement of internal production workflows.
- Coordinate with motion graphics artists to integrate seamless visual effects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency or production environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong grasp of color correction, audio mixing, and frame-by-frame visual storytelling.
- Demonstrable experience working with 4K workflows and high-end camera RAW footage.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing narrative editing, commercial work, or high-end social media assets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
