Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of corporate events including conferences, product launches, and galas (50+ attendees)
- Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with client marketing objectives and brand guidelines
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiations, and contract management for venues, catering, and AV production
- Manage event budgets up to $500K, ensuring cost optimization and financial accountability
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and technical specialists
- Implement post-event analytics to measure ROI and deliver actionable insights
- Coordinate logistics including travel, accommodations, and on-site crisis management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate event planning with luxury brand experience
- Proven track record managing budgets $250K+ and events 200+ attendees
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expert proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex corporate events with measurable outcomes
