Responsibilities
- Edit and refine raw footage into polished, high-impact videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop visual concepts and storyboards
- Manage video projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely completion
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (social media, broadcast, web)
- Maintain brand consistency across all video productions
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing techniques
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color grading, motion graphics, and sound design
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with 4K/8K footage and HDR workflows
