Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-impact videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Collaborate with directors and producers to conceptualize storyboards and visual styles
- Color grade footage and apply motion graphics to enhance visual appeal
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Optimize videos for various platforms (social media, web, broadcast)
- Mentor junior editors and maintain efficient asset management systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and pacing techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Knowledge of 4K/8K workflows and compression standards
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
