Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-impact videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Design motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading to enhance storytelling
- Collaborate with creative directors to align video content with brand vision and campaign goals
- Manage project timelines and deliver assets across multiple platforms (social, web, broadcast)
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on team deliverables
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging video technologies
- Optimize video assets for various platforms while maintaining quality and brand consistency
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating narrative storytelling
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, and color theory
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (directors, designers, marketers)
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)
- Proficiency with 4K+ workflows, audio editing (Audition), and compression techniques
