Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final cuts using Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop visual narratives aligned with brand guidelines
- Color grade footage and apply motion graphics to enhance storytelling impact
- Manage project timelines and deliver assets across multiple platforms (social, broadcast, web)
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries with efficient archiving systems
- Provide creative direction to junior editors during post-production workflows
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color theory, sound design principles, and visual storytelling
- Experience working with 4K+ footage and complex multi-camera sequences
- Ability to manage high-pressure deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills across creative teams
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field preferred
