Responsibilities
- Develop and edit high-impact video content across digital platforms (social, web, broadcast)
- Collaborate with creative directors to conceptualize and execute visual narratives
- Perform color grading, motion graphics, and audio enhancement for premium output
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining brand consistency
- Optimize video formats for various channels (YouTube, Instagram, TV)
- Mentor junior editors and maintain best practices in post-production workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, color theory, and audio mixing
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with multiple concurrent projects
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and feedback skills
- BA in Film/Video Production or related field preferred
