Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end video editing for diverse projects including commercials, social media campaigns, and documentary features
- Color grade footage and apply advanced visual effects using industry-standard software
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms (web, mobile, broadcast) while maintaining brand consistency
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and version control efficiently
- Collaborate with creative directors to refine storytelling approaches and visual aesthetics
- Mentor junior editors and maintain best practices in editing workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating narrative excellence
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Deep understanding of color theory, motion graphics, and sound design principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Experience with 4K/8K workflows and HDR color grading standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate creative vision into technical execution
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
