Responsibilities
- Produce polished video content from concept to final cut using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors to translate project briefs into compelling visual narratives
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent productions
- Optimize videos for various platforms (social media, broadcast, web) with appropriate aspect ratios and formats
- Maintain brand consistency across all video assets while pushing creative boundaries
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing techniques
- Mentor junior editors and conduct quality reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color grading, motion graphics, and sound design principles
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Experience with 4K/8K footage and HDR color workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field preferred
