Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and edit video content for brand campaigns, social media, and digital platforms
- Collaborate with creative directors to translate brand vision into visual storytelling
- Manage post-production workflow including color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Stay current with industry trends and editing techniques to maintain competitive edge
- Maintain project timelines while delivering premium-quality deliverables
- Lead junior editors and provide mentorship on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of color theory, sound design, and visual storytelling
- Experience managing projects from concept to final delivery
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with motion graphics tools (Cinema 4D, AE) a plus
