Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute video projects from script to final cut using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and marketing teams to align creative vision with brand objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and quality standards
- Optimize content for various platforms (social, broadcast, digital) with responsive design principles
- Maintain and expand our video asset library with efficient organization and metadata tagging
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and platform algorithm updates
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to continuous improvement of production workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse project types
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of color theory, sound design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling
- Proven ability to deliver projects under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with 3D animation (Blender/Cinema 4D) and VR/AR content creation preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ high-impact projects with measurable audience engagement results
