Responsibilities
- Develop and execute video editing concepts from storyboard to final cut using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors to align visual storytelling with brand voice and campaign objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines for broadcast, digital, and social media deliverables
- Optimize video assets for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TV) with appropriate aspect ratios and compression standards
- Implement motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to enhance visual impact
- Revise edits based on client feedback and creative direction
- Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styles (documentaries, commercials, social media content)
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Deep understanding of motion graphics principles and animation techniques
- Knowledge of color science and color grading workflows
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
- Experience with 4K/8K footage workflows and HDR color grading
