Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute video projects from script to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence
- Perform advanced editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects with precision and artistic flair
- Color grade footage to achieve cinematic looks and maintain visual consistency across projects
- Collaborate with creative directors to translate brand stories into compelling visual narratives
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client feedback loops efficiently
- Mentor junior editors and maintain best practices for asset management and workflow optimization
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new editing techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects (ads, documentaries, social media)
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, and visual storytelling techniques
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with 4K/8K footage, HDR color grading, and multi-format delivery requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Portfolio demonstrating technical expertise and creative vision required for application
