Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute video projects from raw footage to final polished deliverables
- Collaborate with directors and producers to align creative vision with project goals
- Master Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Design motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing for premium output
- Manage project timelines and deliver assets across multiple platforms
- Mentor junior editors and maintain best practices in asset organization
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep understanding of storytelling principles, visual pacing, and narrative structure
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Portfolio showcasing motion graphics, color grading, and audio synchronization expertise
