Responsibilities
- Develop and edit video content for commercials, social media, documentaries, and brand campaigns
- Collaborate with creative directors to translate concepts into visually stunning narratives
- Color grade footage and apply visual effects using industry-standard software
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TV, web)
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while meeting strict deadlines
- Mentor junior editors and maintain asset organization systems
- Stay current with emerging video trends, techniques, and technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
- Experience with motion graphics, 3D animation, and VFX integration
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- BA in Film, Media Production, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of color science and audio mixing principles
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ high-impact commercial or brand campaign projects
