Responsibilities
- Script-to-screen video editing for commercials, documentaries, and digital content
- Color grading, motion graphics, and VFX integration using Adobe Suite and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors to maintain brand consistency across projects
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple client accounts
- Optimize video assets for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
- Mentor junior editors and maintain asset organization systems
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating narrative storytelling
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of color theory, sound design, and compression standards
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple concurrent projects
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D animation (Cinema 4D/Blender)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content optimization
- Excellent communication skills and client presentation abilities
