Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, story-driven videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Collaborate with creative directors to conceptualize visual narratives and execute client briefs
- Optimize content for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) with dynamic pacing and trends
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards
- Color grade and apply visual effects to enhance narrative impact
- Lead junior editors through feedback sessions and workflow optimization
- Stay current with industry trends and editing techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and animation techniques
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver client-aligned solutions
- Experience with 4K/8K footage, color grading, and audio mastering
- Proven track record meeting tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
