Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute video edits for brand campaigns, social media, and documentaries
- Color grade footage using DaVinci Resolve and create dynamic motion graphics with Adobe After Effects
- Collaborate with directors to refine storyboards and shot sequences
- Manage project timelines across multiple concurrent projects
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries with efficient metadata tagging
- Train junior editors on industry-standard workflows and best practices
- Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, TikTok, broadcast TV)
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of color theory, sound design, and visual pacing
- Experience with 4K/8K footage, HDR color grading, and 360° video
- Ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Knowledge of compression formats and platform-specific technical requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating narrative storytelling capabilities
