Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
- Perform advanced editing, color grading, and sound design in Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with creative directors to align projects with brand vision
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
- Optimize videos for social media, web, and broadcast specifications
- Mentor junior editors and maintain quality control standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and animation
- Experience with 4K/8K workflows and HDR color grading
- Proven ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV or related field preferred
