Responsibilities
- Edit and polish raw footage into polished final cuts using Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop visual storytelling concepts
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining broadcast-quality standards
- Integrate motion graphics, VFX, and color grading to elevate production value
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (social media, broadcast, streaming)
- Mentor junior editors and maintain best practices in asset management
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
- Experience working in fast-paced agency or production environments
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver client-ready revisions
- Knowledge of compression formats and platform-specific technical requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating experience with motion graphics integration
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
