Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-impact videos for social media, web, and broadcast platforms
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop storyboards and visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage post-production timelines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards
- Optimize video assets for multiple formats (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Implement color grading, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance storytelling
- Stay current with industry trends and editing software advancements
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on team projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience with a diverse portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles, pacing, and visual composition
- Experience with motion graphics, 3D animation, and color grading tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
