Responsibilities
- Transform raw footage into polished final products using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors to conceptualize and execute narrative-driven video content
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting to diverse client styles and requirements
- Optimize video formats for multiple platforms (social media, broadcast, web)
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on team deliverables
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating narrative storytelling
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics principles
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for client collaboration and team feedback
- Experience with 4K/8K footage and HDR color workflows
- Portfolio showcasing diverse projects (commercials, documentaries, social content)
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
