Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute video projects from storyboarding to final delivery
- Perform advanced editing, color grading, and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Suite
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (social, broadcast, web) with platform-specific formatting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative vision with brand guidelines
- Manage project timelines, assets, and version control efficiently
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on team deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, and color theory
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or related field preferred
- Experience with 4K/8K workflows and HDR color grading
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
