Responsibilities
- Develop and execute video editing strategies from concept to final delivery
- Collaborate with creative directors to align visual storytelling with brand vision
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Motion graphics design and animation integration
- Color grading and audio mastering for broadcast-quality outputs
- Mentor junior editors and maintain technical workflow standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience in commercial/film production
- Portfolio demonstrating narrative-driven editing and technical excellence
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and animation techniques
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or related field
- Experience with 4K/8K workflows and HDR color grading
