Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-impact videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and client briefs
- Implement color grading, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance storytelling
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and quality standards
- Optimize video content for various platforms (social media, web, broadcast) and technical specifications
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing techniques to maintain competitive edge
- Maintain organized asset libraries and version control for seamless team workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with a diverse portfolio showcasing narrative and commercial work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling principles
- Experience with motion graphics, 3D animation (Cinema 4D/Blender), and compositing
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver projects that exceed client expectations
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating technical excellence and creative innovation (required)
