Responsibilities
- Produce and edit high-quality video content for diverse platforms (social, broadcast, digital)
- Collaborate with creative directors to execute vision and maintain brand consistency
- Manage post-production workflow including color grading, audio mixing, and VFX integration
- Optimize content for various platforms while maintaining visual quality
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior editors and maintain efficient asset management systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating versatility
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, color theory, and sound design principles
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for client collaboration and feedback incorporation
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients and high-pressure environments
