Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished, story-driven videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop visual concepts and storytelling approaches
- Color grade footage and apply motion graphics to enhance visual impact
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Optimize videos for various platforms (social, broadcast, digital) while maintaining brand consistency
- Review and provide constructive feedback to junior editors
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging video technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with demonstrable portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color theory, motion graphics, and sound design
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
- Portfolio showcasing diverse project types (commercials, documentaries, social content)
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
