Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for crafting compelling narratives through video? PixelCraft Studios is seeking a Senior Video Editor to join our dynamic creative team in Los Angeles. You'll collaborate with directors, producers, and marketing teams to transform raw footage into polished, high-impact content for digital platforms. Our ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings technical expertise paired with artistic vision.
Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into cohesive, high-quality videos for commercials, social media, and brand campaigns
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop storyboards and visual concepts
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Implement motion graphics, color grading, and sound design enhancements
- Manage video assets and maintain organized project files
- Stay current with industry trends and editing software innovations
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and color theory
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D animation (Cinema 4D/Blender preferred)
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
