Responsibilities
- Produce, edit, and polish video content for diverse platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TV commercials, and brand films
- Design and implement dynamic motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading to enhance storytelling
- Collaborate with creative directors to align visual style with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Optimize content for technical specifications (resolution, frame rates, compression) across platforms
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback during team reviews
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and emerging video technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Advanced knowledge of motion graphics, 3D animation (Cinema 4D/Blender), and color science
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with audio editing tools like Pro Tools and Adobe Audition
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate creative concepts into technical execution
