Responsibilities
- Develop and execute video concepts from script to final cut using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and marketing teams to align creative vision with brand objectives
- Manage raw footage organization, color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics integration
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (social, broadcast, web) while maintaining quality standards
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing techniques to elevate production value
- Maintain project timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Provide constructive feedback to junior editors and contribute to team workflow improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with DaVinci Resolve
- Deep understanding of storytelling principles, pacing, and visual composition
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) and basic 3D animation preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork
- Portfolio showcasing commercial, documentary, or branded content work
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field or equivalent professional experience
