Responsibilities
- Develop and execute video concepts from storyboard to final cut using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors to align visual narratives with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Manage complex post-production workflows including color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics integration
- Optimize video assets for multiple platforms (social, web, broadcast) while maintaining quality standards
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback during creative reviews
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate our production pipeline
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with demonstrable portfolio of commercial/brand content
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color theory, sound design, and visual storytelling principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Experience working with motion graphics and 3D integration (Cinema 4D/Blender)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present creative rationale to stakeholders
- BA/BS in Film, Digital Media, or related field preferred
