Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final cuts using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop visual narratives aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Color grade footage, create motion graphics, and add sound design elements to enhance storytelling
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality standards
- Optimize videos for various platforms (social media, web, broadcast) with platform-specific formatting
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and emerging technologies in video production
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on creative deliverables
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles, pacing, and visual composition
- Experience with motion graphics, 3D animation (Cinema 4D), and color grading
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Portfolio showcasing commercial, corporate, and social media video projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to incorporate creative feedback
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or related field preferred
