Responsibilities
- Edit and polish raw footage into compelling narratives using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors to storyboard and execute video concepts aligned with brand guidelines
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms (social media, web, broadcast) with platform-specific formatting
- Manage motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to deliver broadcast-quality final products
- Maintain and organize project assets while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced production cycle
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging video technologies to enhance production quality
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to continuous improvement of our video production workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with a portfolio demonstrating diverse project types
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, color theory, and audio mixing principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in remote and in-person environments
- Knowledge of video compression formats, resolution standards, and platform-specific requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments while maintaining creative excellence
