Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative video concepts from pre-production to final delivery
- Edit footage using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects with precision and artistic flair
- Collaborate with directors to align vision with technical execution
- Implement color grading, motion graphics, and sound design enhancements
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on creative work
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field with 5+ years professional editing experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating narrative-driven editing and motion graphics
- Deep understanding of color theory, sound design, and visual storytelling principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with 4K/8K footage workflows and HDR color grading
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
