Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute video projects from initial storyboard to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Perform advanced editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve to produce broadcast-quality content
- Collaborate with creative directors, cinematographers, and marketing teams to develop visual storytelling concepts
- Manage and organize digital asset libraries, maintaining efficient workflows for large-scale productions
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms including social media, web, and broadcast requirements
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and emerging technologies in post-production
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback during creative reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and DaVinci Resolve
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence
- Strong understanding of color theory, motion graphics, and sound design principles
- Experience with 4K/8K workflows and HDR color grading techniques
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Portfolio must include at least three examples of long-form branded content and five social media campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field preferred
