Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end video editing for diverse projects including commercials, documentaries, and digital content
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop visual concepts and storyboards
- Color grade and apply visual effects using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe After Effects
- Optimize video formats for multiple platforms (TV, web, social media)
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within tight deadlines
- Mentor junior editors and maintain quality control standards
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio showcasing diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of color theory, cinematography, and sound design principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative teams
- Portfolio demonstrating technical excellence and creative storytelling ability
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
- Adobe Certified Professional certification highly desirable
