Responsibilities

- Execute creative direction while maintaining brand consistency and technical excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual storytelling with campaign objectives
- Manage editing timelines and deliverables using industry-standard software
- Optimize video assets for various formats (social media, broadcast, web)
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries with efficient metadata systems
- Stay current with emerging video trends, techniques, and technological advancements
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with demonstrable portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of color grading, motion graphics, and sound design principles
- Experience collaborating in fast-paced agency or production environments
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and video optimization techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with 4K/8K workflows and HDR color standards
