Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative video editing concepts from storyboard to final cut using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors to ensure visual alignment with brand narratives and project objectives
- Manage complex post-production workflows including color grading, sound design, and VFX integration
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (social, broadcast, digital) while maintaining visual consistency
- Mentor junior editors and conduct technical training on emerging editing techniques
- Oversee asset management, version control, and delivery of final renders across global teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio showcasing narrative-driven projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and compositing workflows
- Experience managing projects in fast-paced agency or production environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate creative decisions to stakeholders
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or related field preferred
