Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into cohesive, high-impact video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with directors and producers to conceptualize visual narratives that align with brand vision
- Color grade footage and apply motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling
- Optimize video formats for diverse platforms (social, broadcast, web) while maintaining quality standards
- Manage version control and asset organization across multiple projects
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to creative workflow improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio showcasing narrative-driven projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color theory and lighting principles
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence
- Experience working with 4K+ footage and HDR color spaces
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual sequences
