Responsibilities
- Edit and polish raw footage into polished final cuts using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors to conceptualize and execute narrative-driven video campaigns
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms (social media, broadcast, digital displays)
- Manage color grading, sound design, and motion graphics integration
- Maintain project timelines while ensuring technical quality standards
- Guide junior editors through feedback sessions and best practices
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging video technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating high-quality work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and animation techniques
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Experience with 4K/8K footage, HDR color grading, and audio post-production
- Portfolio showcasing diverse projects (brand films, social campaigns, documentaries)
- Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities
