Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production from concept to final cut
- Perform advanced editing, color grading, and motion graphics using Adobe Suite
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (social, broadcast, digital)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative direction and feedback
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within deadlines
- Maintain brand consistency across all video outputs
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong storytelling skills with attention to narrative flow
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D animation (Cinema 4D/Blender)
- Knowledge of color theory and audio mixing principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
