Responsibilities
- Develop and execute video editing concepts from storyboards to final cuts
- Manage post-production workflow including color grading, sound design, and VFX integration
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (social, broadcast, web)
- Mentor junior editors and maintain technical quality standards
- Collaborate with creative directors to align with brand vision
- Adapt to evolving project scopes and tight deadlines
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, and color theory
- Ability to work autonomously while delivering constructive team feedback
- Experience with 4K/8K workflows and HDR color grading
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
