Responsibilities
- Script-to-screen video editing for diverse projects (social ads, brand films, documentaries)
- Color grading, motion graphics, and VFX integration using Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with creative directors to align edits with brand vision and campaign goals
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Optimize content for various platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, broadcast)
- Mentor junior editors and maintain best practices in asset organization
- Conduct client revisions and feedback implementation with precision
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating storytelling excellence
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, color theory, and sound design principles
- Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives
- Experience with 4K/8K footage, HDR workflows, and cross-platform optimization
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex projects with measurable audience impact
