Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final cuts using Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects in collaboration with creative directors
- Color grade and apply visual effects using After Effects and Fusion
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms (social, broadcast, web)
- Manage project timelines and deliver assets according to deadlines
- Mentor junior editors and maintain technical standards
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating commercial work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong storytelling skills with ability to interpret creative briefs
- Experience with 4K/8K workflows and HDR color grading
- Understanding of motion graphics principles and animation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills for client collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
