Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute video projects from script to final delivery
- Edit footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors to maintain brand consistency and storytelling vision
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms (social, web, broadcast)
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within deadlines
- Mentor junior editors and provide creative feedback
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging editing techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating narrative storytelling
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Portfolio showcasing diverse project types (ads, documentaries, social content)
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
