Qualifications
- 3+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color theory, pacing, and visual narrative structure
- Experience with motion graphics integration and basic 3D animation
