Responsibilities
- Develop and execute video editing strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals
- Perform advanced color grading, motion graphics integration, and audio synchronization using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with creative directors to storyboard concepts and deliver final cuts meeting broadcast standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict deadlines and quality benchmarks
- Optimize video content for various platforms (social media, broadcast, digital displays)
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to continuous improvement of production workflows
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and editing techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with proven portfolio of high-impact projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and 3D animation basics
- Exceptional storytelling ability with demonstrated attention to visual pacing and emotional impact
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in remote/hybrid environments
- Knowledge of color science, audio mixing, and compression standards
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to evolving project requirements
