Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute video projects from script to final cut, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Edit footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve with precision and creative flair
- Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and marketing teams to refine visual narratives
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards
- Implement motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to enhance storytelling impact
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate editing workflows
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback during production reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Arts, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of cinematography, color theory, and visual storytelling principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate creative vision into actionable edits
