Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end video editing for commercials, social campaigns, and branded content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop storyboards and edit sequences aligned with brand guidelines
- Color grade footage and apply motion graphics to enhance visual impact
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Optimize video formats for various platforms (social media, broadcast, web)
- Mentor junior editors and maintain quality control standards
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating narrative storytelling
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color theory, sound design, and motion graphics principles
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or related field
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve and 3D compositing preferred
- Portfolio showcasing diverse styles (documentary, commercial, animation)
- Excellent communication and client collaboration skills
