Responsibilities
- Develop and edit high-impact video content for social media, commercials, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with creative directors to conceptualize visual narratives aligned with brand objectives
- Optimize video assets for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) with platform-specific formatting
- Manage post-production workflow including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics integration
- Stay current with industry trends, tools (Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve), and emerging technologies
- Maintain project timelines while delivering pixel-perfect final cuts
- Lead creative reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior editors
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Deep understanding of storytelling principles, pacing, and visual composition
- Proven ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with motion graphics, 3D animation, and VFX integration
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate creative vision into actionable edits
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
